If the shipping and billing address are different you will be asked to confirm both, if they are not confirmed the order will not be shipped. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in Canada and the United States using the shipping method of your choice. Your order will ship within 2 business days, as long as the above mentions criteria are met. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Currently our shipping options include using FedEx, UPS and regular Parcel Post. While we try to accommodate your chosen shipping method as often as possible, please note that occasionally we might we use our discretion to pick a more suitable shipping option based on a better price for your location, time frame or package size. In these cases, we may need to contact you via email before proceeding with your order. If you accept the new method, we will be able to provide your new information and refund the difference of your shipping costs.
For items that can not be sent by post, (Canvas Tents, Large Parachutes, Camp Stoves and Toboggans) we will use a freight company of your choice or one of our own.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days (for web sales only) of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Item's purchased in store have a 7 days to be returned. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that specially ordered items would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have an exchange for the same item in a different size, colour, etc shipping costs to Crown will be your responsibility and return shipping to you will by cover by Crown. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. -Used, Washed, Worn, Reduced, Gun, Blade, Food Product, Surplus Items and Dog Tag sales are Final. – New boots must be returned in unworn, new condition.
Please note: As part of our paper saving initiative, we are no longer mailing out printed invoices with our completed orders. In the event of a return, your emailed copy will serve as a receipt. Just notify us by email response to your original invoice and we will handle the return from there.
