You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in Canada and the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Currently our shipping options include using FedEx, UPS and regular Parcel Post. While we try to accommodate your chosen shipping method as often as possible, please note that occasionally we might we use our discretion to pick a more suitable shipping option based on a better price for your location, time frame or package size. In these cases, we may need to contact you via email before proceeding with your order. If you accept the new method, we will be able to provide your new information and refund the difference of your shipping costs.

Please note that our “Economy Flat Rate” is typically reserved for letter sized items such as patches or dog tags [and the odd shirt]. We offer this as an inexpensive way to get small orders at a reasonable overall cost. This rate now includes the cost of registered mail to minimize the expense of lost items.

For items that can not be sent by post, (Canvas Tents, Large Parachutes, Camp Stoves and Toboggans) we will use a freight company of your choice or one of our own.
